Fitness goals
OK, wasnt a new years thing, just something I decided to do. On Jan 9th I weighed 206lbs, with the Wii Fit, walking on my lunch breaks, and watching what I eat, I am down to 197.1lbs as of Jan 25th. Actually thats a little too much too fast so Im going to be eating a little more but keeping the same activity level, currently about 30 min a day on the Wii fit and 45 min a day of walking.
